This year we opened our Australian office and we are now looking to build on our initial success by adding an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) or Sales Manager to the Sydney based team.
Our business model is based on a bespoke consultative approach combined with analysis from world-leading software that has been developed in house.
We are the number one player in New Zealand and we are now focussed on Australia as our growth market.

The Business Development Manager will have a proven track record in new business development and a consultative sales approach.
You will be well versed in articulating how business value is derived and organisations will enjoy dealing with you based on your integrity, your knowledge and your ability to communicate the business outcomes of our leading services.
The ideal candidate will have experience in online marketing, or at least a good understanding of online marketing strategies, an energetic and proactive approach to business development, an external network of relationships and the ability to work independently whilst delivering results.
You will be expected to grow new business in line with the company strategy as well as maximising existing client relationships.
This role is strategic to the company, so attracts a substantial base salary, together with an excellent commission structure with an OTE in excess of $150k.
