Neil has over 10 years experience working with early growth stage business in the digital media, IT and technology sectors.
As a Director at Nextec CMB Capital, Neil has worked on a range of M&A and capital raising transactions including JumpOnIt (sold to LivingSocial), Moshcam and Unbooked.
As an investment principle at Technology Venture Partners, Neil lead investments in Engana (photonics - sold to Finisar), Cap-XX (electronic components, now listed on AIM), Sienna Technologies (banking software sold to Clear2Pay)
Prior to working in the venture finance and corporate advisory sector, Neil worked in the strategic management practice of Andersen Consulting following an early career as a systems programmer in the IT industry.
Neil holds an Bsc in Electronic Engineering and an MBa from the Australian Graduate School of Management .
