Search Engine Room (SER) is Australia's leading search engine marketing and optimisation event. It has an excellent track record it terms of delivering relevant content and attracting delegates. Industry support has also been historically strong with sponsors and exhibitors including Google, Yahoo! Search Marketing, 24/7 Real Media, dgm, Sensis, Pure Profile, Trellian, Alkemi, First Rate and Panalysis.
SER07 will build on this momentum. For the first time it is being held over two days - Tuesday, March 20, and Wednesday, March 21, 2007. In addition, two conference streams will run for much of the time, enabling far greater depth of content in a sector where there is proven strong demand for knowledge and education.
To deliver the new format, SER07 will utilize the linked Dockside and L'Aqua venues at Cockle Bay, Sydney. Conference streams will run in both rooms over the two days. Dockside will also feature an exhibition area with a nine-booth layout.
The SER07 program will offer unrivalled depth. In broad terms, it will focus on the latest industry developments, SEO and SEM techniques, while there'll be numerous '101' sessions to ensure those new to the industry leave with a better understanding of what works and what doesn't.
Speakers are being sourced from Australia and overseas. There'll be significant turnover from SER06 to keep things fresh and interesting, while delving deeper into the talent pool of what is the fastest-growing online advertising sector. With the extra time available, key subjects can be explored in much greater depth. Program and speakers are scheduled for release in late November.
Delegate pricing will be kept at affordable levels to ensure SER07 is open to a broad cross-section of the business community, particularly small to medium-sized businesses for which pricing can be a major issue. The early bird price will be $799 + gst, while standard registrations will cost $899 + gst. Admission includes all sessions, food both days, social events if applicable and post-conference access to many of the presentations.
Bookings will open the week beginning Monday, November 27, in conjunction with the relaunch of this website as an industry portal through the provision of news and services.
All will be revealed soon. If you haven't already done so, please register for updates, or if you have any questions don't hesitate to call me on (02) 9882-1575. Meanwhile, check out the pix from earlier this year and get ready for SER07.
